1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 999bets platform — including the website, mobile-optimised browser interface, casino game lobby, sports betting section, cashier, and any promotional features — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These terms form a binding legal agreement between you (the player) and 999bets.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the 999bets platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any updated version of these terms, which will be published on this page with a revised effective date.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To register and use 999bets, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

3 Account Registration & Verification

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full features of 999bets — including depositing funds, placing bets, and requesting withdrawals — you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh.

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration information. If any of your details change after registration, you must update your account promptly. 999bets is not liable for any losses or delays resulting from inaccurate account information provided by the player.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one account on 999bets. Duplicate accounts — including accounts opened under different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or IP addresses that belong to the same individual — are strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, 999bets reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending bets, and forfeit any balances without prior notice.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

999bets applies Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures to protect the integrity of the platform and to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) standards. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents at any point during your account lifecycle:

• Government-issued photo identification (National ID card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within 3 months)

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 999bets Login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. 4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

999bets currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Bangladesh players, all processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT):

• Mobile Wallets: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay — minimum deposit ৳200, typically processed instantly
• Bank Transfers: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank — minimum deposit ৳500, processed within one business day

4.2 Deposits

All deposits must be made using a payment method that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment method belongs to another individual — are not permitted and will be returned where possible. Deposits made via third-party accounts may result in the suspension of your 999bets account pending investigation.

Deposit transactions are processed by 999bets's payment partners. While the vast majority of deposits are credited to your account immediately, occasional delays may occur due to technical issues on the part of the payment provider. 999bets is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors. 4.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests at 999bets are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have passed KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals will be sent to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit, in compliance with anti-money laundering requirements.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 for mobile wallet methods and ৳1,000 for bank transfers.
• Mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically processed within 24 hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days.
• 999bets does not charge fees on withdrawals from its side. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• Any active bonus balance must be either completed or forfeited before a withdrawal of real-money funds can be initiated.

4.4 Currency

All accounts on 999bets are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No currency conversion is applied to BDT deposits or withdrawals. If you access the platform from outside Bangladesh and your payment method operates in a different currency, any currency conversion that occurs will be applied by your payment provider, not by 999bets.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any offer-specific terms that are displayed at the point of claiming.

5.1 Eligibility

5.2 Wagering Requirements

• Wagering must be completed within the time limit specified for each offer. Uncompleted bonuses will expire and be removed from your account automatically.

• Bets placed using bonus funds that exceed the maximum bet per spin or per round as specified in the offer terms will be voided.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

999bets actively monitors accounts for signs of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming multiple bonuses across duplicate accounts, using low-variance betting strategies specifically to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk, and systematically exploiting promotional offers. Where bonus abuse is detected, 999bets reserves the right to void the relevant bonuses, remove associated winnings, and permanently close the account.

5.4 General Bonus Rules

• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise specified.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts.
• Free spins winnings are awarded as bonus funds and are subject to wagering requirements unless stated otherwise.
• 999bets reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a bonus, 999bets's interpretation of the offer terms shall be final.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

All casino games and sports betting markets available on 999bets are governed by the specific game rules published within each game or market. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms & Conditions, the game-specific rules shall prevail for that game or market.

6.1 RNG Certification

All random number generator (RNG) based games on 999bets — including slots, virtual table games, and arcade titles such as Ocean King Jackpot and Monster Hi-Lo — use RNG systems that have been independently tested and certified for fairness. The published return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game reflect independently verified figures provided by the respective game studio, including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe.

6.2 Live Dealer Games

Live dealer games provided by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi are streamed in real time from dedicated studio environments. 6.3 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets on 999bets — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events), football, kabaddi, and other sports — are subject to the following rules:

• Odds are subject to change up until the point at which a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to that wager.
• 999bets reserves the right to void bets where a market has been opened in error, where an obvious pricing error has occurred, or where the integrity of the market is in doubt.
• In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended at any time during an event without prior notice.
• The settlement of all sports betting markets will be based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). 999bets's decision on the settlement of disputed markets is final.

6.4 Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction or system error during a game session, all affected bets or spins will be voided and stakes returned to the player's account where technically feasible. 999bets is not liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the return of the original stake. Winnings generated during a verified technical malfunction are not payable.

7 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using 999bets, you agree to use the platform in good faith and in compliance with these Terms & Conditions. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement where applicable:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during your account lifecycle.
• Attempting to access the platform if you are under 18 years of age or otherwise ineligible under these terms.
• Opening or operating more than one account on 999bets.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, crawlers, or any form of artificial intelligence to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the platform. Any such vulnerability must be reported to support@999bets immediately.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid detection, or using 999bets for any form of financial fraud.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals with your bank or mobile wallet provider after funds have been credited and used on the platform.
• Threatening, harassing, or using abusive language toward 999bets customer support staff or other players.
• Attempting to circumvent any self-exclusion, deposit limit, or account restriction that has been applied to your account.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

8.1 Closure by the Player

You may close your 999bets account at any time by contacting our customer support team at support@999bets. Before closure is completed, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedure. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method. Active bonus balances will be forfeited upon account closure.

8.2 Suspension or Closure by 999bets

999bets reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required time frame.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Confirmed or suspected bonus abuse.
• A chargeback or payment dispute has been initiated by the player.
• The player is found to be ineligible under the eligibility criteria in Section 2.
• The player has been added to a self-exclusion list, whether by their own request or pursuant to 999bets's responsible gaming obligations.

Where an account is closed by 999bets due to a terms violation, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. In cases of confirmed fraud or illegal activity, all balances may be forfeited.

8.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. 999bets will notify the registered email address before any dormancy policy is applied. A monthly account maintenance fee may be deducted from dormant account balances as specified in the current fee schedule, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 999bets, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from or related to your use of the 999bets platform, including but not limited to:

• Losses incurred as a result of gambling activity on the platform, including bets placed on sports markets or casino games.
• Interruptions to the service caused by technical failures, scheduled maintenance, or events beyond 999bets's reasonable control (force majeure), including natural disasters, power outages, internet service provider failures, and government-imposed access restrictions.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or any bank partner.
• Inaccurate information provided by third-party data sources used in sports betting markets.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information, statistics, or promotional materials published on the 999bets platform.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

The 999bets platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to maintain continuous service availability, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical issues. 999bets reserves the right to take the platform offline for scheduled or emergency maintenance at any time.

10 Amendments & Governing Law

10.1 Amendments

999bets reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via the email address held on their account. The updated terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the platform following the publication of updated terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms & Conditions, you must stop using the platform and close your account before the updated terms take effect. 999bets is not liable for any loss arising from a player's failure to review updated terms within a reasonable time following notification.

10.2 Severability
